RETURN POLICY

Damaged merchandise that has not been well documented on the online listing is gladly accepted for return and will be issued a full refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your merchandise. We must take in account weekends and bank holidays. Per our policy, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return of the item. If the customer chooses to keep damaged item, they must send in photos of the clearly showing the damage and 50% of the listed cost will be issued to the customer in the form of a store credit.
Original order shipping cost are non-refundable.
Returns will be charged for the return shipping label.
Foraged Marketplace, however, does cover return shipping charges for items that were sent incorrectly or damaged in transit.
For any reason, if you change your mind about your purchase, simply process a return within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. This is contingent on there not being any damage to the merchandise that was not already documented on the original listing.
A return label and instructions will be emailed to the customer for every processed return after the return process has been initiated by the customer after filling out the “Process a Return” form. Once your returned item(s) reach our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return refund for the full amount of the item(s) and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original payment method will be issued back to the customer within 7-10 business days.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.
Every return is on a case by case and Foraged Marketplace reserves the right to refuse any return.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
